• Eye cream with mint or rosemary (beauty counters, non-department stores or drug stores)
• Try splashing some cold water on your face in the morning to dilate the vessels of the skin and shrink your pores ( I am still shocked every time, even though I know the water is cold).
• Cucumbers…they are more than a healthy food choice. Try them underneath your eyes to help sooth them. Cucumbers have astringent properties that cause blood vessels to constrict.
• Eye patches or treatment masks (bought at your local beauty counter or drug store)
• Drinking tea: black or green tea! Caffeinated teas help constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling, while herbal teas (especially chamomile) contain anti-irritants that soothe redness and inflammation. Yippy!!! I am a huge tea drinker.
• Who would have thought spoons??? Toss a couple spoons in the fridge the night before and bam it helps to reduce puffiness.
• Drinking water. (Duh, water is the answer for most things, lol). Water is the saving grace when it comes to reducing eye puffiness. Be sure you drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day

    1. I like that one a lot as well! The plan is to try each tip for a week and see which works best. From most natural advancing towards actual “products”. Thanks for reading my blog; I appreciate it 🙂
