2015 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 20,000 times in 2015. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 7 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

“Happy Holidays”

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! We made it, and now we can all give a sigh of relief. This has been a busy holiday season and I swear I didn’t jump into the “Christmas spirit” until 2 weeks ago. My kids and I are undeniably blessed with angels here on Earth who helped us have the merriest of Christmas’s and I’m eternally thankful.  We ate good, we celebrated with friends and family, we shopped and we were and ARE thankful. This year I learned a lot… it’s not about how much you buy, how much you spend or trying to one-up yourself from last year’s Christmas! I truly learned to appreciate where we are in our journey, celebrating the birth of Christ and being grateful for every moment! As always I love you guys and thanks for reading #MakeUGlam and we’ll see you in the New Year!   💋

#ClosetChronicles (Saturday)

Hey y’all hey!!! My Saturday get-up went something like this. This past Saturday was packed tight with things to do, especially since I’m late to the holiday spirit lol! Started the day with the kids basketball games and errands. Ran home for a quick change into a festive green shirt to match my lovely Christmas tree headband (shown below) which I wore all day during shopping (getting in the car was a different story all together).  I must admit wearing this headband was more fun than I thought it would be lol! It kind of brighten my mood and the compliments were endless.
How my day ended up…. Macy’s had a sale and I couldn’t resist! Totally wasn’t apart of the original plan, but hey sometimes you just gotta adjust lol!
