I took this opportunity to post a blog post since the mood struck me in route to our family fun day! It finally felt like spring in Atlanta (yesssss) and I couldn’t be happier! I am a child of the sun! It just does wonders for my mood and energy level. I am more likely to pull myself together when the weather is nicer. So I decided to snap a few shots on the family outing to Dave and Busters despite a bad hair day (hence the high bun). I rocked a high bun, big sunnies and floral prints and it worked! But more importantly I can finally say it….HAPPY SPRING!!!

While BB Cream has become really popular not a lot of people really know what it is or what makes it so amazing. So let’s get is started! What does BB in BB cream stand for? BB cream stands for blemish balm, blemish base and beauty balm (Western markets). Where did BB cream come from? It originated in East Asia. What’s all the hype behind BB cream? BB cream promises to be an all-in-one product. Supposedly it’s a serum, moisturizer, primer, foundation and sun block. I am trying Maybelline BB cream and I hope it delivers all of these elements because this would be really convenient for travel. How can BB cream be used? There are a variety of ways this product can be worn: as a tinted moisturizer, over your moisturizer, and underneath your powder products. My reasons for using BB cream? I am using it as a replacement for foundation which I think was its intended purpose (totally a preference though). More beauty brands are developing their own line of BB creams; I am hoping it does not over saturate the market or compromise the integrity of the product and its intended purpose.
